A structured development program for fresh graduates primed as future leaders in Astra Heavy Equipment, Mining and Energy (AHEME)
Qualification :
- Max. 26 years old, single
- S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in :
Engineering: Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical or Industrial
Economics: Accounting, Management, Development Study - Min. GPA 3.00
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skill
- Dynamic presentation & communication skill
- Strong leadership & team player
- Must be willing to travel & assigned throughout Indonesia
You will be assigned in a comprehensive development program which will drive you to:
- Improve your skill and capability in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Undertake job rotation and assigned in various projects in the business units, such as business process improvement, supply chain development, etc.
- Develop basic management skills through specific training programs (i.e. Basic Management, Business Operations, Technical Knowledge, Leading & Coaching) in order to meet professional requirement as Project Manager, supervised and mentored by Department Heads, Division Heads and Directors.
- Discuss and develop individual project with mentors to be carried out as individual assignment, to be presented at the end of the program.

KJRI ChicagoDharma Wanita Persatuan KJRI Chicago Perkenalkan Masakan Indonesia Pada “Demo Masak” di STL TV Amerika Serikat
Dharma Wanita Persatuan KJRI Chicago diwakili oleh Ibu Winnie Bahanadewa dan Ibu Dyah Kasir mendapat kesempatan untuk tampil memperkenalkan masakan Indonesia kepada masyarakat Amerika Serikat melalui acara demo masak “Taste Central” di STL TV, salah satu televisi AS terkemuka di Midwest AS. Rekaman gambar demo masak tersebut dilakukan pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2010 di salah satu Studio STL-TV di kota St. Louis, Missouri dan akan ditayangkan dalam bulan September 2010. Demo masak tersebut menampilkan 3 macam masakan Indonesia, yaitu Semur Ayam, Gado-gado dan Kolak Pisang.
Dalam wawancaranya dengan pemandu acara Chef terkenal AS, Jonathan Kraft dan asistennya Angela Larocca, Ibu Winnie memberikan gambaran singkat tentang keindahan alam Indonesia dan berbagai macam variasi masakan dari 33 provinsi di Indonesia yang terkenal lezat dengan ramuan bumbu-bumbu dan herbal yang berasal dari negara tropis ini. Sambil mendemontrasikan cara memasak dan menghidangkannya Ibu Winnie menjelaskan mengenai bumbu-bumbu yang digunakan, termasuk kecap manis, gula jawa dan saus kacang yang merupakan produk impor dan umumnya dapat dibeli di toko-toko Asia di AS. Hidangan masakan Indonesia tersebut mendapat pujian dari Chef Jonathan Kraft dan Angela karena kelezatannya dan cara menghidangkannya yang menarik. Para pemirsa STL TV diajak untuk mencoba membuat masakan Indonesia. Chef Jonathan dan Angela selanjutnya mendemonstrasikan beberapa makanan Amerika, yaitu maryland Crab Salad Roll, Trout Fish dan Watercress.
Dalam percakapan setelah usai acara, Chef Jonathan Kraft menyampaikan harapannya agar STL TV, Art Dimension dan KJRI Chicago dapat meningkatkan kerjasama yang saling bermanfaat, khususnya dalam hal promosi masakan ke dua negara, termasuk program internship antara sekolah-sekolah kuliner di St Louis dan Indonesia.
Acara demo masak “Taste Central” merupakan salah satu program STL TV yang digemari masyarakat Midwest AS. Tampilnya masakan Indonesia dalam program STL TV ini merupakan yang pertama kalinya dan hasil kerjasama antara STL TV dengan Art Dimension, Sauce Magazine dan KJRI Chicago. Selain akan ditayangkan di STL TV, demo masak yang menampilkan masakan Indonesia ini juga akan diputar pada festival tahunan terbesar “St Louis Classic” tanggal 17 September 2010 mendatang dan dimuat di majalah kuliner “Sauze Magazine” ( Sumber: KJRI Chicago)
